Returns
RealHolds (Tel: 01433 622170) conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if you’ve ordered the wrong things, if the items are incorrect or if we have made a mistake in the product we have sent.
- New items returned because we have sent you the wrong item
In this case if your receipt does not match the item you received we will pay for the return of the item, although we do require to be informed of the mistake within 7 working days of you receiving the goods. Goods must be in original packing and in the condition which they were delivered.
- New items returned because you have ordered the wrong item or dislike the product
We will happily take back items that you have wrongly ordered or that you have received and don’t like. Again we need to be notified within seven working days of delivering the goods. . Please note that we cannot provide refunds in respect of the initial delivery costs.
Payment
RealHolds accept most major credit cards and PayPal for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details or your login details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect.
For offline orders RealHolds accept (£) Sterling Postal Orders, Personal Cheques, (£) Sterling Bank Drafts and (£) Sterling Bank Transfers. We recommend that you do not send cash through the post. Please send any written orders to:

Privacy Policy
Realholds are committed to protecting your privacy. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, email address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you about your order status by return email. We will also require a land line telephone number in case we need to contact you, this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. You have trusted us by giving us these details and RealHolds promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of RealHolds. We will not pass any of your details on to any other third parties for profit or otherwise.
Product Availability
RealHolds updates the availability of the entire stock list on a daily basis. Items that are ‘Out Of Stock’ will be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked ‘In Stock’, we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
Out of Stock Orders
There are times when items become temporarily ‘Out Of Stock’, and these items are marked as such in the website. If you order an ‘Out Of Stock’ product, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Your credit card will not be debited until we dispatch the product.
Accuracy of information
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell. We also use our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or offer a refund on the product provided that it is unused.
Changes
If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
Site Usage
RealHolds disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.
Contract
By agreeing to purchase online you are entering a legally binding contract.
The contract being governed by UK law.
