Delivery costs
Due to the stone climbing holds being quite heavy there is a delivery cost of £7.99 for all uk mainland deliveries.
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch holds within two working days of your order, The couriers we work with run on a 2/3 day service, so you can expect to have your holds within 5 working days. If for any reason an item is out of stock and cannot be dispatched within two working days of your order. Then we will contact you to either arrange when we will be able to get your product to you.
Receiving a delivery
Our deliveries require a signature, so someone must be available at the address on the days of arrival. If no one is available at the address the couriers will leave a card informing of what to do to get your parcel.
